The team is blending legal expertise with modern LLM infrastructure to replace outdated systems and bring more clarity to a complicated space. Backed by top-tier investors, they’re building something that genuinely improves the way people and businesses handle immigration.
The role:
You’ll be joining early and working closely with the founders to build AI-first products from the ground up. That includes fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs, designing agentic workflows, and turning research into tools that real people use. You’ll have a lot of autonomy and a direct hand in shaping the product.
What they’re looking for:
- Experience working with LLMs in production across the stack
- Strong Python engineering skills
- A track record of building ML systems that actually ship
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Someone who’s proactive and enjoys experimenting with new ideas
